I founded my first own company after I graduated from high school and gained many years of experience as a managing partner in all aspects of everyday business life - from foundation to exit. Since then, I have been active as entrepeneur or advisor in various start-ups.
As an officer in the German Air Force, I learned to keep an eye on the essentials and not lose sight of the goal even in challenging situations. With my legal professional experience as a partner in a large international law firm, I have the necessary professional expertise as a lawyer.
In my legal practice, conflicts and their avoidance are my daily business. I have accompanied a large number of succession situations and shareholder disputes, from amicable design and strategic advice in the background to impartial mediation to complex court proceedings.
